New P2S Combo Ams 2 Pro Faulty- Please Advise

Hi All
I received my p2s combo yesterday setup last night did a few benchy prints all good. Today The ams refuses to read the rfid on the bambu labs filament and fives an error on the touchpad that ams cannot recognise filament “mainboard may have developed a fault”.
I have tried to submit a support ticket but it will not let me unless i upload the printer log files, trying to do it via bambu handy it simply tells me there are no printer log files so am at a complete loss.
While its true i could go ahead and enter filament info manually to proceed with a print i specifically ordered bambu with the rfid to avoid manualy input repeatedly over multi couloured printing.
If anyone knows how i can contact support without my log files i would appreciate your advice or if a passing bambu employee or moderator spots this please could you help.
Thanks in advance for any and all help :upside_down_face:

There’s the live chat, also try contact@babmbulabs.com

You can open a general ticket without the print logs

Explain in that ticket that you are having issues retrieving the print logs

What is the specific error that you are getting? Have you checked the connections between the AMS and printer? Have you turned it off and back on?

Thank you for that have just sent an email and included the message i wanted to send in the support ticket but could not because i dont have the log files so confusing
Cheers
:+1:

Hi
I honestly cant see how to open a general support ticket as right away it asks for the subject i choose printer combo support then prompts me to enter details and the invisable log files and i cant proceed.
Have tried all connections to make sure nothing loose and all seated correctly i restarted a few times problem persisted even a reset to factory defaults and reconfiguring gives same error message
Thank you for your input i will keep trying to send a general support ticket but have just emailed the address that the first member posted will see what happens.

Hi Again

My aplogies am not so good with typing this is the error message i am getting

Same eror regardless of slot used or filament

You can no longer raise a support ticket for most cases without photos and support logs, mines nearly a gigabyte of logs you have to dump on a USB, all seems like a deliberate attempt to sort people raising tickets.

Hi there any luck with this issue. My have the same issue right out of the box. There no clog in the filament tube not of the 4 slot will get through the ams. File a ticket with log, video i been 3 day now still no answer.

I did manage to being without the use of ams. This suck… good thing i got it from Best Buy. I’ll give it couple more day before i turn it.

Hi
Sorry to hear your having issues. I sent multiple emails explaining my problem and that i could not provide the printer files etc. I confirmed the original invoice to them and that the rfid is not recognised on all 4 slots, they sent a replacement mainboard i had to dissassemble the unit and install the new one problem is fixed. If they do provide this as a solution to you unless you are technically minded it is quite daunting when you see the amount of cables and connectors you have to deal with.
Hope you get a solution soon let me know how it goes
Kind Regards
Anthony
