As I’ve said before, Studio works well in LAN-only mode. I’ve printed with no internet availability when the line to our house was cut by utility workers and also during our usual outages. I’ve also printed with the printer MAC address blocked at the router. No problems at all.
Handy and profile synching obviously need the cloud to operate.
P1 firmware updates still require internet access, but Bambu says update via SDcard is being developed. Existing firmware is quite usable, so I don’t see this as a big issue.
