Despite some slight customer service issues, sometimes delayed shipping, and minor easily fixable issues with my printers, I’ve got 2 X1Cs, gone through 200+ rolls of bambu filament, 10+ bambu build plates, and never been happier. My Qidi got sold after a couple of prints and my Ender 3 is a cabinet weight in the garage.
