New to H2S need help in identifying loud clicking

Have the X1C and just got the H2S. The H2S has a device in the upper right that contacts the head unit rail each time it goes past. This causes loud clicking each time. The machine is otherwise quiet, but this loud clicking can be heard quite loudly when the door is closed. Is this normal or can this be addressed?

Those are the filament cutters, they are flipped out when the toolhead goes all the way back. It is normal and yes they are a little loud

Thanks! just making sure that it was norm. It doesn’t do it when it’s printing thank goodness
