Hi All! I am very new to 3d printing (only a few weeks in) and submitted a ticket due to some printing issues I recently started having with my p1s. The response I received back indicated that under extrusion may be the problem. I was advised, in addition to cleaning all the things, to increase the nozzle temp to 230, and reduce the max volumetric speed to 9. I was also provided a test print to run after doing all of these things. I loaded the file, and tried to adjust my filament settings, however the print disappears from the plate as soon as I try to change either the nozzle temp or volumetric speed. I’m including two photos in hopes that helps provide some clarity on my issue. The first shows the filament setting window open, test print still visible in the background. Second image shows the adjusted settings, test print gone. Anyone have any ideas on what I may be doing wrong here. Any insight would be greatly appreciated!!!
I cannot change filament settings and make the model disappear, so I have no idea what you could be doing wrong. You should still be able to save the filament settings changes as a user preset (with a new name), and reload the model.

@lkraus I did try that too, but the model keeps disappearing! I have no idea what’s happening and it’s infuriating lol
You’re on the preview page which shows the sliced model.
If you change any setting then the slice is out off date so it needs reslicing to appear again there
