I think it will be more expeditious for the community to help diagnose what is going on if you can set the AMS aside for the moment and focus on getting the Bambu up and running first. FWIW I came from using 4 Raise3D printers to using the Bambu X1C. My first two weeks was horrific and I was convinced I made a horrible mistake. In retrospect, it was 70% me overcompensating for things that I had to constantly watch for in my Raise3D printers and 30% Bambu being a little too smart, but also not absolutely clear on everything out of the box…like your silica incident. That being said, their wiki is top notch and I do believe that this community is shaping up to be solid too. So, stay focused and we’ll get you up an running!
PS…now I have 2 X1Cs that both have nearly 750 hours of printing on them each. My Raise printers are gathering dust!
