Hey there - Thank you for this. I think about this all the time and just never get a chance to revisit it. I know I tried a ton of settings and even Bambu support said it could not be done. But I think one thing that I haven’t tried was to see if there was a high speed black PLA - I’ve been using the same overture PLA that I’ve gotten from Amazon for many years on my Prusa machines - so the other thing I would like to try to see if there’s a different black high-speed or something similar that may work with the Bambu. You last stated that you were trying with a larger print I’m assuming you had through holes in this print? because that’s where the problem occurred- when I didn’t have through holes - it printed fine and consistent without banding - but then I would have to manually drill the holes which can risk damaging the enclosure etc - so whatever information you have is greatly appreciated and thank you for the update.
The solution is the new Bambu PETG HF filament with the default slicer and filament profile settings using their charcoal/black color works perfectly no banding at all.
