I just finished recovering my printer from a (generic) TPU jam in the extruder. The BL troubleshooting guide says to press the extruder release to pull out the filament. There is NO extruder release mechanism on the P2S so don’t waste your time looking for one. The extruder gears are always engaged. The only way I was able to clear this jam was to disassemble the extruder assembly. Not too difficult but not something I was familiar with or prepared to do. Bambu, please update your troubleshooting procedures. Thanks in advance.

Welcome to the forum.
Can you point/link to the “extruder release” in the documentation that you’re referring too?

See step 3 paragraph 3: “Press the release button on the extruder”

On most printers those buttons would be labled “extrude” and “retract” but Bambu just used up and down icons. The wiki would probably make more sense if it said “hit the up botton on the screen while pulling up on the filament.”
