No help from support for missing items

I’m very upset with bambu right now. I ordered the p1s and a bundle of filament with 20 refills and four empty spools. I got the printer in 2 days and the filament the next day.

The spools and five packs of filament were not there. I have contacted them for the last almost 2 weeks and keep getting a different answer every time, “I’m going to get contacted in 24 hours”. One it’ll be “2 to 3 days” and others are saying that they’re too busy to help right now because of the sale.

I got a message 2 nights ago that rest assured we’re not ignoring you and you will get it contacted within 24 hours. No contact. Just canned answers.

I have escalated it twice and have not heard from the escalation department at all, I have tried to submit more emails to them and they say that they’re already working on it and they’re going to cancel this email ticket which I didn’t open.

I find this very unacceptable. Any ideas what I can do to get some help from these guys? So disappointing as this printer is awesome.

You might want to consider a cashback through your bank, for Bambu’s failure to deliver in breach of their contractual obligations after accepting your purchase order and payment.

Thank you. I have just done that. I appreciate your help. I can’t believe they giving the runaround like that for such a great printer.

Got the same email today after I let them know I did a chargeback. They said again I haven’t sent any pictures or tracking numbers. I forwarded that all to PayPal along with the responses. I can’t believe they are that ignorant when they can see in previous emails the pictures.

As I said earlier to someone else, I think it is a delaying tactic.

Thats ridiculous I am sorry to hear that. UGH

Now they’re trying to say that I canceled my order even though the money is out of my account and it shows that it was delivered even though it wasn’t. I’ve never seen somebody try so hard to not take care of their customer. Greed

They are infamous for it.

I had to get the police involved in one.

Stick to your guns.

They maybe confusing “cancelled” with “chargeback”, because stupid is as stupid does.

They are trying, or plainly saying that you’ve canceled your order? There’s a difference between trying and saying : the former is an attempt to convince you, the latter is a statement.

Except that isn’t what would have happened.

They said it, he disagrees = they are trying.

Sorry they are saying I canceled the order. Even though I’m sending them the tracking number on the box that was supposed to be in. I’ve sent them pictures of what was in the box now four times and they keep saying they haven’t received pictures. Today’s the first time that they tried to tell me that I canceled it. I sent them pictures of the order on their site showing what I ordered there’s nothing on there that says anything about order canceled. Maybe it’s possible they’re talking about charge back, but I keep relaying this information over to PayPal and showing them the conversations and each one that I’ve sent where the email shows that I sent them what they’re asking for.

Yeah, I get it. Well, welcome to the wonderful world of Bambulab where the paying customer is always to blame and Bambu is never guilty or liable for its own screw-ups.

Another email today saying oh yeah we see that you did not receive your product. We’re going to send those to the warehouse to have them investigate. Why do they need to investigate? When you just said yes, we see that you did not get your product. Just craziness.

This is a delay tactic.

I think they also want to make sure that the inventory tracked at the warehouse. Most warehouses like that have a “I do not know where this goes” pile.
