I need your valuable help.
I inserted the same PETG filament in slot 1 & 2 and defined slot 2 as reload and start printing from slot 1.
This works since I bought the X1C one year ago. Now it has about 1500h printed.
Now the reload fails.
When the filament in slot 1 runs out, the LED switched to red an after a certain time gets off.
Than I heard and saw, that the feeder motor of slot 1 comes in action, before the filament end passes the filament sensor inside the extruder assy.
The feeder motor runs until I fill a new role into slot 1 and at the printers display I could only press the retry button in the appeared windows about the filament running out info with filling up request.
What could be the root cause, that slot 2 is ignored? The filament is correct inserted and defined, I have not changed this settings at all, as I use only this filament int those slots.
