Hey everyone 
I have found a problem with my supertrack cool plate and support material, I can’t use it with the feature “no sparse layers”. Then the first layer isn’t pla anymore, is yet the support material and this stuff u didn’t need directly on the plate 
trust me give it any functions that I can use to print 1-2 layers before in PLA ? Or I can’t use this function under these conditions?
So even after reading it several times and even checking the wiki, I still can’t figure out exactly what you’re trying to do? I’m not really sure what this has to do with the firmware either?

“No Sparse Layers” changes the logic of the tower. That doesn’t change the printout of the actual 3D model. Picture of OrcaSlicer; yours may look different:
However, perhaps we should ask the fundamental question:
Why is this happening to you in the first place? Support material is actually only used as an intermediate layer (Support Interface), not to replace the entire support structure. How can that touch your print plate? That’s not even possible under normal circumstances. See photo:
But maybe there’s still some information missing. Please post a few pictures - or better yet, the 3MF file.
