I’ve got a month old AMS HT that sounds like it needs some lube on the rollers. I searched here and found nothing.
Question. sound i Lube these rollers and what do i lube it with?

Does it sound like that if just rolling a spool in there manually, or only when it is feeding or loading material?
The rollers run on tiny sealed bearings, so there’s nothing to lube there. They pop out with a little tug, like when you installed the desiccant under the rear roller (careful though, the bearings could go flying pretty easily… cheesy design). That desiccant packet could be rubbing perhaps, or something else got stuck under them? Otherwise I think it would be something more internal like the drive gears, for which I’d file a support ticket.

Its currently running as an ams and printing. If I manually move the spool creating slack in the line, I don’t hear anything while moving the spool. while there is slack in the line I also dont hear anything from the motor pushing the filament. It seems only when the slack is gone and the motor in pulling the filament and moving the spool does it make sound.
Probably something in the driving mechanism then, like the motor or more likely the feeder gear assembly thing. Maybe some tiny piece of filament/junk got in there. Some materials are also just louder when feeding…

I’m feel the same. IPhone video format wasn’t allowed to be uploaded and I don’t know enough about video to convert it. Not that important I suppose. I’ll tear it apart someday.
I noticed squeaking sound in mine AMS HT when printing with PETG - @Codyprince - did you found out what was the problem in yours?
I found out the reason for noisy rollers - it was gone after i printed funnel saver and installed it with short ptfe tube. It seems that filament feed angle was to small, and gears had hard time feeding filament through funnel. Funnels saver solved it
@Codyprince I have the same sqeeking from the AMS when printing Matte PETG HF from Sunlu. Did you find a solution?
The funny thing is… I forgot all about it.
When I first got the AMS HT, I was using up some old rolls of filament. That’s when I heard the sound. Under warranty, I didn’t worry too much about it. A few days later I noticed the sound was gone. I really think it was the filament I was using. I think it was Sunlu petg, but I was also using up some esun, and hatchbox. All I know is the sound went away without me noticing. I haven’t heard it for a long time now.
