Did something change on the last update for Studio? All of a sudden Im getting Error 4 Non-Manifold Edges when I import my .STEP file in from Fusion 360. It was a previously design file and printed multiple time with no errors. Something had to change as the design file (.f3d and .step file) didn’t change. I remember getting a notice to update in the last 2 weeks and I did, but today is the finest time I printed this model. Im running Bambu Studio 1.9.1.67.
Note that I can create a very simple model with two circles (one on one plane and the other on an offset plane. The loft the two circles and still get the same issue when I load the .step file into Studio.
I’m running the same version of BS as you noted, and my F360 is 2.0.18961 - There’s an update for that (F360) recently, but I hit postpone for now. Is your F360 the same version?
If you export that file from F360 as an STL, or a 3MF, and import to BS does the error go away? If it does, in all likelihood the STEP file would print just fine. I know that doesn’t solve the issue, but it narrows down the problem a little.
Likewise, you could try just doing a circle and extrude, then export in step and see if that makes a difference. It shouldn’t, but then, it shouldn’t have an issue either but it does, so best to try each option and see what specifically works or doesn’t.
