Thank you for your valuable suggestions and advice regarding on how to improve and refine our Boost system. We have thoroughly reviewed all of your comments and are prepared to offer some feedback. Please feel free to reach out with any further questions or suggestions. We will try our best to reply in a timely and transparent manner.

1. How do we distribute our Boost Tokens?

For Bambu Lab users: Printing two or more models from MakerWorld within a 7-day period, each with a plate print time exceeding 60 minutes, qualifies you to receive a Boost Token.

Creating and commenting on MakerWorld will increase the chances of getting Boost Tokens for non-Bambu Lab users.

2. What are we doing to encourage users to use their Boost Tokens?

We’ve noticed a lower-than-anticipated usage rate of our Boost Tokens, leading to a decrease in rewards for our designers. In response, we’re planning to implement measures to encourage users to utilize their tokens more frequently.

A. We’re introducing a Limited-Time Offer to incentivize users to utilize their Boost Tokens. Users will receive 5 points for their initial Boost Token usage and 2 points for subsequent Token usage.

B. Qualified users will now receive Two Boost Tokens per week instead of one.

We recognize that there are numerous areas for improvement, and the current system is far from perfect. We are committed to listening to all of your suggestions and implementing adjustments that align with the interests of both designers and users on MakerWorld.
