Gyroid infill is good because the nozzle doesn’t hit the infill. Rectilinear has bumps where infill lines cross and the nozzle can hit those and has knocked some models off build plates.
I haven’t printed with PETG before so this could be way off base but is your layer thickness really 0.04mm? That seems very thin to me but I’m mostly a PLA printer usually at 0.2mm layer thickness. Also, you’re showing a very high speed for the sparse infill that’s higher than even Bambu’s recommended speed for their new PETG HF.

I don’t have an abundance of experience printing with PETG but you might try printing in silent mode and see if the print is better. This will print at half the speed. I seem to remember people mentioning the generic PETG profile speed is too high.
Yeah when I have problems with PETG (that is dry) I set the speed to silent and it normally works perfectly
I dont think it is a problem with the filament as i printed out a bracket fine after, think it is more my settings that is the issue for me.
You might want to try printing at larger layer heights like .16 or .20, also after the first layer you might want to increase the nozzle temp by about 5-10C
