Nozzel changing to 2mm?

When using the finer settings on the A1. Such as 0.12mm High Quality @BBL A1. Would it help to change the Nozzel to a smaller setting than 4mm? New guy and just trying to learn.
Thanks

Yes and no. It depends on what you are trying to print. If you really want it to be detailed and more precise, I would recommend changing it to a smaller nozzle (.2mm). That being said your print will take longer as you are probably aware of. The .4mm does great at models but doesn’t get those fine details that you may like depending on the print. Those settings (to my knowledge) affect how it is made overall. For example, the high strength will cause a high percentage of infill and change the pattern.

Thanks for the reply. I’m just trying to get the print to look really good on the top. I have made a few changes and using ironing to make it clean. I was just looking and wondering. The printout actually came out good with a 4mm.
Thanks
