When I first got my A1, the filament did not stick to the bed and ended up poking the filament up into the silicon sock and up around the spring clips. It was a real booger to cut that nasty stuff away from the hot end and clean those mating surfaces and the spring and clasp. The last time it did that the hot plastic wrapped around the nozzle, the temp sensor wires and the heater wires. The parts were not very expensive and were easy to replace, it just took time and patience. BambuLabs has a good tutorial on how to do it with the least mistakes.
