I updated my H2D firmware last night, and now I suddenly get nozzle clumping errors, even with a clean nozzle. This also isn’t just 1 or 2. They are back to back, seconds apart. I had to disable the feature to get a print to move along reliably. Anyone else seeing this issue? Trying to determine if this is isolated to my particular model/filament/machine, or if this is a widespread problem due to an update.
Edit: So I had the feature off for a couple days, still no clumping. I turn the feature back on this morning, again, no clumping, but the error instantly appeared and paused the print. I definitely have something going on that is triggering the clumping error - but it sure isn’t clumping.

I have not run into this issue. I actually have yet to see a nozzle clumping alert.
Same for me, after the update those errors are gone. Inspect the nozzle from below, check to make sure there are no loose strands of filament stuck to it, it happens sometimes with multi head prints. Also you can turn down the sensitivity of the clumping detection to “low”.

Did you clean the cameras? Maybe something is stuck on the nozzle cam
Good call - I will clean the cameras and see if that resolves it.
