I have been printing with ASA and .4 HF nozzles and the tips are push off nozzle assembly. I had this problem with BIQU and Bambu nozzles. Ruined a 15 hour print. One time just push off enough to gouge plate. Anyone else have this and what should use?
Are you unclogging your nozzles with a torch?
I think I read about 2 occasions that the tip was pushed out of the nozzle.
The fact that this happened to you on different brand nozzles is quite unusual.
Afaik the tips are press fitted, or maybe hard soldered into the housing.
And a lot thermal stress might be a reason for this to happen.
Do yourself a favour:
- Which specific H2 printer?
- Provide photos of the nozzles installed
- Provide a photo when you notice them falling off
- Provide a photo of the damaged build plate
