Hi,
i´m using the p2s, and wanted to change the nozzle.
The installed nozzle was stuck. There were some filament parts, that i removed.
Turns out, some of the parts were the v´cables for the temperature sensor
So, i have two questions, and i hope someone can help me:
Could you take pictures of the stuck nozzle, I’ve yet to see a nozzle get stuck. Are you following the guide to remove the hotend assy? Take a look here:
Have you tried heating the nozzle before attempting to remove? It’s possible there’s some loose filament that fused it to the heater block. It’s okay to remove it while hot, just handle it with care.
I believe the nozzles from the PS2 and H2D are interchangeable.
Also, for spare parts, just go to the Bambu store, here’s the US store.
If there’s melted plastic back there causing it to be stuck, you just need to heat it to release.
You said the wires are broke, but do you have a soldering iron? Set it low, touch tips, give it a minute for heat to flow and try to remove it. Would recommend against heat gun unless you have some very small adapters, there’s too much plastic around there to just bathe it all in heat gun.
