Nozzle infill drag

Call it nozzle infill drag nozzle rubbing on infill z height issue layer interference infill rubbing nozzle infill collision whatever you want to call it I don’t know how to stop it from happening. It seems to occur on maybe 60% of my prints and I hate that sound so much it feels like I’m ruining my print and I’ve even have issues with trees breaking or the infill cracking and when the print is done there is a rattling sound in the print. Any suggestions on how to fix this? Perhaps in the preference override settings or on the profile print settings. Taking any and all suggestions please…

Choose another infill pattern. Grid [default profiles] intersects itself, which can cause that grater-noise. It also is imparting non-zero lateral force into the model at the best possible leverage.

I recommend gyroid or crosshatch. Much slower, but noncrossing by design

Maybe someone else is reading this. After switching to a hardened nozzle, I’m now having the problem where the nozzle “rattles” over the filament. Sometimes more, sometimes less. I’ve already performed a calibration after replacing the hotend. The filament is also calibrated. In the filament settings, I selected Z-Hop 0.4 and Normal. Gyroid at 8% and a slow extrusion speed. Overlapping wall lines is also disabled at 100%.

Would it help to recalibrate the A1 and the filament again? Or do I need to adjust other settings?

I have the same issue with both the hardened and stainless nozzle.
Using gyroid did help a bit, but it seems rather random. The first print is fine, exact same print after it however does scratch the infill again.
Apart from the switching to another infill type, cannot find a solution for this behaviour.

Not sure where to look or what to try for solving this.

Edit: I do have to say that switching from the honey/rectangle infill did reduce the dragging over the infill quite a bit.
