Hello,
I’m currently printing a part with an internal corner, but the corner comes out half-rounded (likely due to filament expansion). Can this be prevented by adjusting the printer settings? If so, which ones?
Thanks in advance!

It could be you belt tension, flow rate, but it’s most likely because of your outline speed. If it’s too fast the printer will just round the corners in stead of making two separate lines to make it a ‘sharp’ corner. What is your outline speed?
How’s the other end of that look? The bottom looks rather elephant foot-like, is the top crisp or also not producing the flat line?
my outlinespeed is 200mm/s i will try to reduce it
@RocketSled is there a range in which i should adjust those settings?
Making them smaller will increase slicing time and 3MF file sizes. There is no specific lower limit (though I expect it’d balk at 0.000). It depends on your tolerance for the effects of making it smaller.
When I change these parameters, I usually start by dividing by 2. Inspect in the slicer preview to determine how your changes are impacting the area you’re interested in.
