As shows in this pic taken mid-print on a Benchy, I’m getting a single band on my prints. I get it at that height on every print. I’m not even at 300 hours yet.
I got it on 4 flexi-dragons (same file on one plate 4x), a single flexi-dragon and its separate head, and three different benchys.
Every print was tried in different PLA filaments: AnyCubic Yellow, Red, Green, and Black. Sunlu black, Elegoo black (PLA+).
It just started with a print I ran last night.
I cleaned the interior of the machine, looking for dust, debris, etc, cleaned the nozzle, cleaned the linear rods with isopropopyl, cleaned the threaded rods (no isopropyl) and lubed them again with the lube Bambu included with the printer.
Same issue before and after all cleaning.
To reiterate: every print. Every time. Same exact height. Only one “rib”.
