One filament, two nozzles for bigger area

I’m printing model which consist of two elements. Everything printed in white PLA. For second photo (plate 2) everything works fine, while 6 elements are printed from left nozzle and one on the right from right nozzle. Similar options for photo 1 (plate 1), but for some reason I’m receiving: “Error: Filament 1 is placed in the left nozzle, but the generated G-code path exceeds the printable range of the left nozzle. Filament 2 is placed in the right nozzle, but the generated G-code path exceeds the printable range of the right nozzle. Click here to regroup”. The only reason I’ve in mind is that first plate uses support, but don’t how to work this out. Do you have any solutions for my problem?

I also experienced this while printing with H2C. Afterwards, I deleted the model, re-uploaded it, re-mapped it, and was able to print. These errors, especially for H2C and H2D, urgently require a major update from Bamboo Lab.

Tried to do, unfortunately not working. Without support works correctly, but with added support shows problem as in the beginning.

It’s because as default, it uses the same filament for support so if it selects 1, it cannot print support on the right, if it selects 2 it cannot print support on the left. You need to force the filament assignment for supports.

Go to objects, select the right object and go to support to assign filament 2 for support and do the same thing for the left object and select filament 1 for support.
