D’accord, j’ai trouvé le problème et je l’ai résolu dans mon cas.
J’ai ouvert l’AMS, il n’y a que deux vis, puis j’ai desserré d’un tour les 8 clés Allen (la noire et l’argentée) et du coup le moteur transporte le filament dans la tête de l’outil sans aucun problème.
Okay, I found the problem and solved it in my case.
I opened the AMS, there are only two screws, then I loosened all 8 Allen keys (the black and the silver ones) one turn and suddenly the motor transports the filament into the toolhead without any problems.
