One wall on first layer - not working with raft

Hi,

so i have found a feature that does not work as intended, i think “one wall on first layer” setting is invalidated if raft layers are added under the printed object. Technically object start at layer 2 or higher, depending on amount of raft layers, but there is no other way to add one wall to actual bottom layer of printed object, and i believe those raft layers should be ignored as they ale just support and peeled off later.

Welcome to the forum.

I can say I’ve never encountered this but it does seem to be a bug. With the advent of auto bed leveling and removable PEI sheets needing to use a raft is a very rare occurrence now.

Can I ask your use case for a raft?

Yes, i use raft of “PLA support” to match finish and gloss of top and bottom layers. Also if would be nice to have raft infill direction(angle) to adjust.
