I got the SuperTack build plate two weeks ago and had so far great success with both PLA and PETG. Today I tried to print a new spool of white PETG HF filament. I dried it for 8h and after some fails for another 24h in a blast dryer at 65°C. However, I always get spaghetti on the SuperTack plate. I thoroughly cleaned the plate, cleaned the nozzle, no success. When switchting back to black PETG, everything works fine. It is just this white spool of PETG. Did I just get a bad spool or is it the color? And has anyone an idea how to fix it? The textured PEI plate works fine btw.
I have the same issue but with my gray bambu petg-hf, have you since found a solution?
I use glue when I print HF on the supertack plate, the normal bambu glue stick and so far I have not run into any issues.
Print first layer at 265C, no glue needed. The default 230C is insufficient for SuperTack.
To be fair, I use the glue to get the print off the plate easier. In my use, if I don’t use glue the print is much harder to remove.
I had the same issue with nearly all PLA Matte and after having some PETG gray success I tried PETG White and had spaghetti issues. Yes plate was clean and washed with Dawn and Water and the filament had been dried.
