Oozing on print layer causing imperfections on prints

Hey guys, wanted to see what you guys think I should do to remedy this problem. Seems like flow rate is too high as there is a build up after infill, and when the top layer is printed and causing blobs on the print object which then causes imperfections on the next layer.

I have tried to lower flow to 93 from 95, and lowered temp from 265 to 255 with no relief. I am using PETG Overture Filament which came from the bag (NEW). I have tried other filaments too and is having the same problem.

Printer model used - P1S
Slicer settings used - BambuLabs Sudio

any help is greatly appreciated. thanks guys!

For PETG I would avoid overlapping infill like the default rectilinear and use gyroid. Also, PETG straight from the bag isn’t usually recommended, need to dry it first.

Dial in the flow of dry filament based on a calibration test generally. From there you may need to adjust the temp / retract settings slightly to make sure you don’t get any black strings across the white background, or solve this by designing the text as the bottom layer with black printed first, of course it would be smooth then.

I tried drying the filament, and also switched to gyroid. Problem is still there. Its not on every print but maybe 1 out of 3 prints. Flow has been decreased all the way back to .92 and issue is still present.
