OrcaSlicer: Geometry in print different from model in slicer

Not sure if it is a quirk of the model, since the model is perfectly printable. I didn’t use manual supports. But to combat the support issue I just decreased the overhang detection to 20% and it didn’t put the support next to the lever. I believe this percentage is also adjusted if you alter the layer height, so maybe @user_4114930961 sliced it with a smalle layer height which also might have removed the annoying lever support.

About the rotation, that is also something I considered as a possible solution: mirror the model. This will make it less likely to catch? Reverses the thread as well so not ideal. Or dive deeper into the slicer and adjust the perimeter direction. Especially with these kind of awesome, but complicated, designs you have to check the layers for oddities and adjust settings accordingly. Luckily most models are simple enough for plug and play
