I ordered 4 rolls of filament 8 days ago and it is still in transit via UPS. I have not received my delivery as of this post (no apparent delay in delivery process). I live in Vancouver, Canada. It seems to me that this is an eternity with respect to delivery. Perhaps I’ve been spoiled with next day Amazon deliveries, lol. I am wondering if anyone can tell me is there a faster way of obtaining authentic Bambu filament? I want to stay with Bambu filament because of the embedded RFID tags. Thanks to all.
It’s weird, I placed one order with 4 spools and it took like a week and a half. After it arrived, I placed an order with 8 filament spools and a build plate + makers supply parts and it arrived in 2 days.
Oh, weird. I haven’t ordered filament for a while, but my parts show up sometimes overnight in Vancouver (although it’s been a while since I ordered anything, maybe now everything comes from the States).

Yeah, Bambu Lab’s delivery times are really random. My delivery times have ranged from 2 days to 2 weeks, so there’s a lot of variation, and it doesn’t seem to have any correlation to order size (except maybe they could have the things I want at the same warehouses or at ones close together).

I placed a filament order on Mar 20, and it’s been 11 days and no shipping notice yet. Submitted a ticket and got a response that the logistics team would be notified. Trying to be patient, but not sure what is the delay.
