In the preview summary you can switch to both speed or layer time. Layer time will give you an indication of whether you’re in that zone where the extra cooling kicks in (based off your filament cooling times). The ‘everythings a nail’ method is to reduce your wall speed such that you don’t see any jumps in the speed view, and low enough that it pulls everything out of the short layer time.
As others have said, a prime tower or another sacrificial model can also be used to pull that timing over.
