Overhang printing problem P2S

I still having big problem with overhang printing on my p2s. No diffrence if its PETG or PLA, I have dryied all my filaments to about 6%. Looks like its layer adhesion? I printed parts that should be printed without support, so no extreme overhangs.

6%? What do you mean? That’s an impossibly high number for PLA.

Filament is dried down to 6% humidity, which I belive is a low number

Sorry to be so dense, can you spell it out for me? What does “dried to 6% humidity” mean? How did you measure that number?

On the P2S with an AMS Pro 2 fitted, you have a % meter that show you how much moisture your filaments contains, in my case I have dried my filament down to 6% humidity.
( 12 hours dry time at 65 degrees in my area it usally results in approx 6-7%)
Ok?

Sorry I didn’t realize that was a feature of the Pro 2. Pretty advanced, wonder how that works. Dielectric absorption? NIR reflectance?

The AMS display shows the humidity of the air in the AMS. Over a period of time, the moisture in the filament will reach equilibrium with the moisture in the air.

The hygrometer in my Eibos dryer only measures down to 10% air humidity, but weight measurements have shown that there is no significant moisture to lose after about an hour at that level.
