Overhang speed with PETG vs PLA

Hi. I print PLA with Slow down for overhangs turned on and more slowed down with these settings:

instead of default. Also bridge is set 20 instead of 50.
Is there any reason why I shouldn’t use these settings with PETG also?
The Max volumetric speed for my PETG filament is set to 10 mm3/s btw.

Because PETG is a completely different material and therefore has different properties in its molten state than PLA. It flows much more strongly and therefore requires different settings for bridges.

What settings would you use instead of the ones I posted for PETG? And why?

My settings always depend on the component. I never stoically use just one profile. I usually leave the overhang settings untouched and work with adaptive layer height.

Adaptive layer height is same as variable layer height right?
Actually the settings I’m using for PETG is the 0.20 Balanced Strength system preset. The 0.20 Standard system preset has faster overhang settings than that one.
