Just bought, received our brand new Bambu Lab P1S 3D Printer. First time trying to ad PLA filament in one of the 4 slots in the AMS trunk it failed (all other 3 slots are working fine). It failed by the red light start blinking at this specific toolhead. So now the PLA filament is totally jammed (stuck in the input toolhead were to put the filament into) and we can not at all get it out again (both ways). I do not think it would help to take the AMS box apart because the problem seems to be located in the mechanic gear or somewhere in this part of the AMS sloth. The bottom to press when inserting the filament is VERY hard to press and not at all smooth to press like the 3 other bottom sloths. Anyone have experienced the same issue and do anyone have a solution how pull out the filament without breaking the bottom or anything in the mechanical gear? I am absolute 3D print beginner and it’s my sons Christmas gift so he is very sad at the movement. Please help me with a solution how to fix this problem, as we think something is broken or the gear is not working (it is very hard to pull the tap at the hole, so something must be broken). We have google and YouTube search a lot without finding a solution to this problem so we assume that the product is broken somehow. Thanks in advance.
