So let me describe in detail my problem, as by now it’s starting to SERIOUSLY, piss me off…
So, this problem with camera feeds not working ONLY STARTED, after Bambu made that stupid change to their policies that made EVERYONE to be pissed off with version 2 of their software (if i’m not wrong on the version here…)
On all previous versions of the software (1.xxxx) I NEVER EVER had a single problem with the camera feeds.
I did not care about it untill now, because while annoying, i could solve it by shutting down the printer itself, and when restarting the feed would work again.
But that does not work anymore…
By now, it’s WAY WORSE !!!
So, i’m on Bambu Studio Version 2.1.1.52, and since this update, the camera problem got worse than before…
Before by restarting the printer, it would work again.
Now, THE CAMERA ONLY WORKS WHEN THE PRINTER IS STOPPED !!!.
Imagine this: i’m watching feed from the camera now.
I send a print to the printer, does not matter if it is through makerwold directly, from a file on my pc, but downloaded from makerworld, a file on my pc not from makerworld, a file i created or even sent by mobile app, and the feed just does not works anymore (as soon as i sent whatever file to print), no matter what i do, shutdown or whatever DOES NOT SOLVE IT ANYMORE !!!
These “small problems” heve been going on for a while now (it’s been some months since the v2 update), but this is going to far by now and it’s starting to impact NEGATIVELY the user experience…
This is BEYOND ANNOYING !!!
Basically i can only see feed through the camera when the printer is stopped and doing nothing…
Please bambu engineers, correct the bugs you created with the v2 of your software… If this problem persists, you will start loosing costumers…
P.S. - PLEASE, do not come with the USUAL “solutions”, like shutting down, rebooting, taking sd card out, logging out and logging back in, whatever…
All of those have been done by me, for many time now, and while it PARTIALLY SOLVED the problem in the past, they do NOT WORK ANYMORE
