P1S Filament Feeding Issues

Hi! I am still very new to 3D printing, so please excuse any ignorance. I have read a few things on here and nothing seems to be exact.

My setup P1S - AMS Pro - AMS Pro 2 - AMS Hub

I have been dealing with an issue on and off for a bit, but now I have been pretty stuck on it. The printer would go fine for a bit then I will either get failed to pull back filament or ams failed to feed filament. Failed to pull back is the more common error. When it happens all 8 AMS slots start blinking red and it is impossible to pull the filament back by hand. I have to cut it at the spool and then remove the PTFE tube from the tool head and pull the filament back out that way. Before, after I did that it would work for a while. Now that is constant. As far as I can tell, there are no broken pieces of filament along the path for any ams slot. I have shortened the PTFE tubes as much as i can. Currently I have my AMS Pro 2 removed and I’m running calibration and then will try a print. If anyone on here has any ideas for me to try, I would appreciate it. I figure I gotta be doing something wrong. No modifications to either AMS other than adding the little desiccant containers to the front. The spools do not contact or rub them and spin freely. I have removed the AMS hub and made sure i can manually push filament through all 4 paths. When the errors occur it can be on any filament in either AMS. There is no rhyme, reason or pattern to it.

It has finished calibration and is printing a job. There will be no filament change on this job, so I assume it will complete. Once it is done I will try a two color print.
