From first day of own P1S i have problem with “no load” filament after feed…
For every night i hide my filament to bag, for example if i printing with blue color filament and unload filament and swap to red filament i have a problem with color mixing or if i clean nozzle and start printing with red filament after start printing filament no load and i must stop printing and “feed” load one or two times filament again, after I see the filament flowing through the nozzle im 100% sure I can print. I see many topic with this problem but nobody write any good solution only load and load filament like i do it
I try to do gcode macro to set temperature nozzle to 250°C and set extruder to rotate approx 10sec to manualy push filament watch flow for sure but command G1 E30 F300 (try to change E and F value) but extrider not rotate (watching yellow spur gear)
Do someone how to fix it or make loading more frendly? or why G1 command not working ? And why retry button under load and unload button do nothing ?
Are you trying to do multi-colored prints with no AMS or just swapping colors for different models?
There is going to be some filament left in the nozzle when you unload a color.
Say you print a model with blue filament.
Cutter cuts the blue filament above the nozzle so you will have about 46 mm of blue filament left in nozzle.
You want to print your next model using red filament. It has to purge the blue filament out of the nozzle first.
I printed only one color models, colors or filament types PLA PETG … swaping before printing.
Yes, a different color (or different material) will remain in the nozzle. Or if the nozzle remains heated for a long time and the old material disappears, the new filament will not immediately reach the nozzle and printing will start without filament.
I found only solution, load filament again and again than seen in the nozzle. Or manually set 250°C and click on display move extruder. I try to do macro but gcode G1 does not work and i dont know why
My understanding is that g-code can vary from programmer to programmer. That the G1 you mention may not work as you expect because Bambu Lab is not using it the way you expect.
I have seen a couple of people post to forum about crashing their printer by editing the start and stop g-code and getting unexpected results.
