P1S frame/chassis out of square. Top glass no longer fits

I’ve had this P1S for years and have never dropped it or subjected it to any impact.

The top glass used to fit normally, but now it seats correctly at the rear and is significantly out of alignment by the time it reaches the front. It looks like the chassis/frame itself is no longer square.

The frame feels completely rigid. I removed and reinstalled the right side panel hoping that loosening/reassembling it might let the frame settle back into square, but nothing changed.

Has anyone actually had the frame of a P1/P1S become distorted like this without the printer being dropped? More importantly, has anyone successfully squared the chassis again?

I’m trying to figure out where the frame can actually shift/deform and what needs to be loosened or adjusted to correct it.

I’ve never heard of this - the P1S is a metal frame, there’s no reason for it to distort with use. How long have you owned the printer?

Just for curiosity, could you measure the top glass opening from corner to corner diagonally (X) and let us know what you get?

Generally speaking, it would be possible to square a machine up but care needs to be taken to understand what specifically is out of square - is it just the shell, or is the actual linear motion mechanism out as well?
