Hello, I currently have the A1 Mini and am considering buying the P1S Combo2. However, I realized it requires flow calibration for each filament. Is it worth it? With the A1 Mini, I’ve never had to do manual flow calibration. thanks
You can perform manual calibrations with your A1 Mini to see if you think it would be too much trouble.
I find manual flow calibration to be pretty simple and easy. I calibrate filament manually for my X1C because I can then disable the automatic calibration, saving time for all future prints. I only use the automatic calibration when I am in a hurry to use new-to-me filament and don’t have the time for a full set of filament calibrations.
Only you can decide if the P1S has other advantages for your use.

For what it is worth, I like the A1 and mini better than my p1S. I hate the screen, it is very outdated and hard to use. It comes in handy for printing other than PLA, but otherwise I prefer the A1 series.

I wish Bambu Lab would refresh the P1S for home users but maintain its current price point.
each filament take about half an hour using bambu labs process, i do the rough calibration them adjust manually in the filament settings, its gives better results imo

“Requires” is not exactly correct. You can use the baseline profiles for filament provided in Bambu Studio which will work in most cases. Manual calibration is not that difficult or time consuming. I calibrate filaments on my P1S because I do a lot of prints that have close tolerances.
