I’m a complete beginner and got my first 3D printer, P1S.

My first launch was a fail, as the printer was kinda printing, but without pulling the filament. Then I somehow figured out from the display, that I can manually load filaments. I tried it a couple of times and it worked.

Now I have this issue every time. I need to manually load filaments, more than once, before it works properly and prints with filament.

I tried to research but found nothing on this. Can anyone help to understand the issue and make it work correctly?

Are you printing from the external rear spool or via an AMS?

Thank you. I use external rear spool.

Filament always has to be manually loaded from the external spool.
