Recently I noticed that my P1s isn’t printing sharp corners and I just get these rounded/beveled corners instead. I at first thought it was pressure advance but after tuning several rolls/brands of filament in orca slicer I get the same results, I also printed a test print with Bambu labs pla with their profile and got the same rounded corners. I’ve tried changing the wall order as well as printing the outer walls slower to no avail. I’ve done all the basic printer maintenance stuff (retention the belts, make sure everything is clean and/or greased, and ran the calibration) but no matter what I do I get these rounded corners.
Orca slicer tolerance test, Bambu PLA is green and overture PLA pink
@PureRandom, what size nozzle were you using?
I also thought of incorrect PA, but I think that would have produced a less symmetrical result. The inside corners look pretty good.
