When I start a print the toolhead hits the back of the printer a few times before starting the clean nozzle run.
Have done a factory reset, firmware downgrade and install the latest, calibraion everytime and no issues when doing this but the problem persists
im a real rookie to this stuff, but i have a p1s and ive meddled with it a bit.
i dont recognize that piece the nozzle is hitting.
is that like some shipping material that can be removed? maybe?
If you mean the back of the printer then no, that’s not shipping material. If you mean the dark spot under the nozzle, that’s a shadow.
