So first of all hi there.
I bought a P1s like 4 Weeks ago and it was quite busy printing (something like 300h).
In the last couple of prints there started to be like an offset in layer by layer. Also I had a little adhesion problem which I you’d fix with some isopropanol and 0000 steel wool as recommended in a different discussion.
It all started during a long print (4 days). The print was very detailed and with 2 filaments so constant switching for the ams. I don’t know where it came from. During the print the toolhead once bumped into something (I received a message the fan cover fell of ). So I reinstalled it and the fan is still going so looks like no bigger issue. But then some unregular lines appeared (Images included below from different prints since than and the print where it appeared). I have switched the nozzle since then (from 0.2 to 0.4) and still the same (or a bit worse). Also I noticed that the print-head drives pretty hard against the front right corner during calibration (idk if this is normal) and it makes somewhere back right a hard vibrating noise as it was trying to drive against something also during calibration (again idk if this should be or not). So I cleaned the carbon rods and touched the bands with my hands to prove if there was tension and it feels like there is (also no error in the app or program). Here I am i have no idea what’s going on and hope that you guys can help me out.
BTW I am using Bambu PLA only and it got straight from the vacuum in the AMS and the AMS says its current cabin humidity is 1/5 which it was during the whole time (sometimes when I switched a roll it got to 2/5 but dropped again).
