P1S Top Layer problems

Hello,

I have gotten a new problem after using the P1S for many print hours. I have a file that I have printed for about 50 times and since 3 prints it has gotten a glitch in the final layers of the print. I print PETG HF black guides in a print that takes 11+ hours for 16 of these guides and in the the first top layer there seems to be a shift/bulging in the middle of the print. It is not consistend along the whole printbed, only in the middle of the print and it gets worse if you go to the right side of the printbed. My AMS unit is showing level A for moisture and I am in an airconditioned dry office space where I have done this print many times. So it does not seem th be a moisture problem. I have attached some pictures and the print file. Hoping someone can guide me to a solution.

Interested in seeing what might be the cause as I’m at the very beginning stages. But, did you happen to change the brand of filament that you normally use?

No, I have always used the Babu Lab PETG HF. Have not changed that.

Maybe your hotend is getting worn?

It seems to be doing other print just fine. Maybe I could swap it out just to try.
I just made this print and it seems fine.

Hmmm…

Is there a chance that you can move your model to another part of the plate? Not sure if this will help anything but I’ve done that a few times just to avoid wearing out the center of the plate. Not sure it would change anything but you can try it.
