I took a look at the 3MF file and the model appears to be fine, so it’s not causing your problem. Gyroid as infill, etc. – everything looks good. I would just maybe set the wall thickness to at least 3 and switch to an inner/outer/inner wall configuration. But these are only minor optimizations, not really significant.
However, as I said, this has nothing to do with your problem. I’m just mentioning it because I have the file open anyway.
So, let’s get back to the problem. I would take a step-by-step approach. Could the filament have become too moist? Do you have any other filament that you could try using? To avoid wasting filament, only use a small cube to print.
It could be that your print was also affected by warping at that size, meaning that the object bent slightly upward on the side. You should always make sure that the printer plate is clean. A brim can’t hurt either.
In the photo, it looks as if the first layers already have problems, then the defect naturally spreads upwards.
Alcohol is effective when used as a second step after dish soap, but take care to use only a small amount and avoid “soaking” the print plate in it. Otherwise, it will damage the surface over time. Not overnight, though. Also, make sure you use pure alcohol (Isopropyl alcohol) and not some strange mixture from the hardware store with additives. Make sure it has completely evaporated, too.
I don’t think that’s the problem, but it’s just a suggestion.
Don’t forget to change the print plate in the settings if you are using the smoth one, which is actually better in this case.
Just an observation. The wall that is failing is the one that is next to the large cooling fan in the printer. The fan could be causing that wall to move. You may want to reduce or shut off that fan and make sure to have your lid and door open.
Another option would be to add support for stability.
I had the same problem on my P1S. The solution was to manually level the build plate. The procedure is in the WIKI. After this, I ran an automatic calibration. I printed perfectly after this.
