P1S with AMS - quality issues

Hello Bambu-Lab Guys and Fans,

this is my first post here and I would love to not have this issues.

I have a P1S with AMS that I borrowed from my father-in-law and I´m using for now 6 weeks.

I´m having several issues with prints and now im a bit frustared. Please see the attached pictures for the issue. Its the same for other PLA and for a lot prints. Some of them are perfect.. and after 1-2 its again this issue..

My prints are almost all failing. The first layer is sometimes good and after a while “it looses it”.

I already did the following:

  • Change from “cheap” PLA to original PLA Basic from Bambu with orginial spools.
  • Dry everything with external baker and dry the AMS
  • Replaced the nozzle two times (0,4 and 0,2 stainless steel)
  • Did a cold pull
  • Flow calibiration (failed)
  • Disambled PTFE and exchanged.
  • Clean the PEI Plate (not exchanged)

Thanks for any tips and looking forward.

looks like a bed leveling issue. Far one in the top picture is good, middle is so-so, near one is real bad.

The first pic looks like a dirty plate / adhesion issues. Clean the plate well - Hot water, mild dish soap, non-food dish scrubber, clean towel, handle on the edges

The second pic looks like a model sliced for 0.4 and printed on a 0.2 nozzle, or vice versa.

Verify that the (1)nozzle inside the machine; (2)the nozzle assigned in settings on the LCD screen; and (3)the slicer; all say the same nozzle size
