I have a P1S. Recently it started having a print quality issue that u believe is called Z banding?? I have tried multiple things to correct the issue but I’ve had no luck. The repairs I’ve done so far are, anti-vibration feet, a new extruder, all new belts (X Y, and Z axis). I cleaned the machine well including the carbon rods. I’ve lubed all the lead screws and oiled any bearings I can find. I’ve also replaced the hot end nozzle and the nozzle fan. Additionally I replaced the main fan in the front of the print head. Sorry the photo is not great. It’s hard to see on the black filament. However, when I paint, it’s very noticeable.
The issue only seems to appear on larger prints. Do you have any suggestions to what could be causing the issue?
