I’m having a hard time with the 1st layers on my P2S. The adhesion is good both on textured PEI and Cool Plate super tack. I’ve done flow calibrations, leveling calibrations and basically everything that can be done with basic knowledge, but the 1st layer quality is poor. I tried to adjust the z offset as much as it could be adjusted from the printer’s panel, which was 0.05mm but no help. Could it be a worn nozzle? I use 0.4mm hardened nozzle and have never printed abrasive materials and the quality is the same with another nozzle.
I use Bambu Lab’s filaments exclusively and in the picture is PLA matte
I can only say that the picture shows under-extrusion, but that is not very helpful, as it does not explain the random interlocking patterns and gaps.
My suggestion would be to calibrate the flow rate and flow dynamics (pressure advance), if you have not already done so. Maybe nozzle temperature as well (Develop mode in preferences, top-line calibration menu).
I did download the project from Makerworld and successfully printed the first two layers of that lid, without the problems shown in your picture, so the model itself is good. ( All black - I have no AMS)
Certain items are printed very well. Recently I had a problem with the heated bed. Bambu lab graciously sent me a replacement. I still have a problem for printing the box for the exhaust fan particularly sticking of the 1st layer Any suggestions is welcome
