P2S broken after 18h

The error HMS 0300_1800_0001_0004 has already appeared on my Bambu Lab P2S, which is less than two weeks old.

I did what the official instructions said to do to fix the problem. It didn’t work.

Honestly, this is just crazy for this price range. A printer that is almost new shouldn’t break down right away because of a possible hardware problem.

Has anyone else gotten this exact error?
What broke in the end: the sensor, the cable, or the board?
And did Bambu answer right away?

Here is the wiki page that will run you through troubleshooting and what cables to check. I’t very possible it’s a lose cable.
