Currently it says sold out, and my local resellors don’t have this part on hand. Seeing how P2S is newly release, I don’t think it’s “sold out”, but simply not available yet.
Couldn’t find any in the UK until end January 2026 so ordered from Aliexpress for delivery end December.
My first Bambu Lab printer and not a good experience as the website is very poor on describing what is required and no posting when the buffer is going to be available.
My paperwork that came with the P2S and AMS HT are both incorrect.
I had exactly the same situation - the P2S combo was out of stock, so I chatted to one of their (human) live chat agents and asked about buying the pieces separately, and they gave no indication that a specific buffer was required - just to buy the (more expensive) AMS 2 Pro + Buffer Kit.
This wasn’t actually what was needed, I could have just bought the plain AMS 2 Pro - but nowhere at the time was it signposted that you needed a specific buffer unique to the PS2. They’ve since updated the page a little bit as I complained, but imho it’s still not clear enough.
Well, Bambu had no P2S buffers in stock, with an ETA showing of December 22nd. Then, unsurprisingly, on the 22nd this got updated to 2nd February 2026.
So I went on AliExpress, who have over 800+ showing in stock. Ordered Saturday, shipped same day, should be with me on the 29th.
I’ll be back to update you whether it works as expected or not!
Definitely seems like Bambu internally haven’t communicated enough about the P2S specifics.
I just had mine come from Aliexpress after a similar scenario. I’m in UK, ordered it on the 17th December, tbh I didn’t expect it until after Xmas but it arrived on the 24th! Saved a few quid as well…
Seems to be genuine, fitted and works fine. Just one thing when the tube is put in the outlet to go to the printer it is very difficult to get out if you need to but I’ve experienced this before with these type of fittings. Where they are a screw in it doesn’t matter so much but the ones on the buffer are moulded so not sure if what I’ll do when the time comes to change the tube…
Just waiting for the Chamber Exhaust Fan to become available now…
